1.1 Time of delivery:

You will receive your order within a maximum of 15 working days after the purchase. You can follow the status of your order through a tracking number, which you will receive via email when your purchase is shipped.

Local taxes, customs payments shall be reimbursed by Surania in the same method has been used for the payment order.

1.5 Can I change the delivery address?

If the production of your shipment is not finished it is possible to change the address of delivery. To do so, please send us an email at hello@surania.com. If the product has already shipped, it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address.

2.1 Which payment methods do we offer?

- Visa, MasterCard or Maestro: Through a secure encrypting system SSL-EV (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation)

- Paypal: An independent system of payment processing, which is offered as an alternative to the aforementioned method. Paypal accepts a wide range of payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club), Debit Cards, and e-checks. Note that you don’t need a Paypal account to proceed with the payment.

- Trustly: To pay by bank transfer you may use Trustly, a new system that allows you to pay in real time from your bank account without leaving the web page. You just need to identify yourself with your usual access details from your online banking account to authorize the payment.

2.2 Can I pay cash on delivery?

Sorry, we only accept payments by credit card or paypal. The accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express or Diners Club.

2.3 Are these payment methods safe?

Our webpage uses a secure connection with SSL-EV encryption (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation) during the transactions, assuring privacy and security for your information. You will be billed as Suraniaon your card.

3.1 How is the swimwear personalized?

The sizes that you introduced do not necessarily match the final measures of your order; they are used as references with which our designers work to find the perfect fit. Once the item is finished according to your measurements, the fabric is cut to manufacture each and every one of your orders.

3.2 Does Surania offer items following standardized sizes?

Surania does not have clothing in stock; all models are produced for each of our customers only. Therefore, we can create customized swimwear with the measurements that you indicate or following the traditional method. Furthermore, if you cannot take the measurements when you place the order, you can purchase the standardized sizes from your country and we will adapt the item to the correct sizes..

3.3 How should I take the measures to get a perfect fit?

1º. After designing your item, follow the steps that you will find in the explanatory video and enter your measures in the appropriate fields.

2º. To ensure a perfect fit, we encourage you to complement it with the measures from your country on the comments section

With these two easy steps, you will have a design that fits perfectly to your body!

4.1 How to use discounts, coupons and gift cards

Where do I introduce my Surania discount code? After designing your item and introducing your measurements, the payment page will show up. There, you must enter your discount code, coupon or gift card in its required field. Such field can be found at the center of the right side of the screen. Once the code is introduced, click validate.

4.2 Gift card

How can I acquire a gift card? In our webpage, go to the Home page and click the “gift card” tab. You will be redirected to a page where you will have to fill in the fields with your preferences. Once you finish, click the “Buy” button that you will see in the center, at the bottom of the page. Expiration and refund of the gift card: The Surania gift card does not expire, but it is not refundable.

4.3 How do I wash my swimsuit properly?

Always wash it with freshwater after using it – As soon as possible

Wash itby hand - All experts recommend it

Soap - It is recommended that you wash your swimsuit with soft hand soap or light-duty detergent.

Drying - Do not squeeze it until the last drop of water is gone. If you do, you may damage the fibers. Hanging the swimsuit (especially from the straps) may also damage it. Instead, extend it over a towel, wrap it and gently press it. Finally, lay your swimsuit on a flat surface outdoors and let it dry. Avoid drying it on the sun, as it may damage the colors. Make sure that the swimsuit is fully dry before storing it.

Switch swimsuits - The swimsuits need a full day to return to their original condition. If you are on holidays or use the swimsuit frequently, it is essential to have more than one. That way, each swimsuit has at least 24 hours to recover (plus washing and drying time).

Always use cold water - Hot water harms the swimsuit. Never wash it with hot water, and avoid going into hot tubs too often.

When sitting, never forget the towel – every time you sit on the pavement next to the swimming pool, on a wooden bench, or on any other rough surface, try to sit on the towel. Such moments may damage and tear the fabric.

5.1 Can I make changes on my purchase?

Changes will be accepted within the first 24 hours after its payment. Please contact us via email athello@surania.com to do so. After 24 hours, the production of your purchase has started, and thus no changes will be accepted.

5.2 I want to cancel my purchase. How can I do so?

If you have not paid for your purchase, go to your user account and delete it. If you paid within the last 24 hours, please send us an email at hello@surania.com to make the cancellation. If you paid for the order more than 24 hours ago, the purchase is already being produced and cancelling it won’t be possible.

5.3 &Can I combine 2 orders in 1?

While your order is in production, we can unify two or more orders in one package. Please note that the delivery time counted from the date of the last order. Contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after order confirmation and unify both orders, assuming Surania the cost of shipping if your final order exceeds 90 €;. If otherwise your order has been shipped, we will no longer collect orders. Send an email to hello@surania.com.

5.4 Returns and refunds

We know that you will be delighted with the results, but if for some reason the size doesn’t fit you, you can return your unworn order within the first 30 days after its receipt and we will be happy to change your order to find the best fit for you. We do not accept returns. Please inspect your package when it arrives. Your swimsuit will be considered defective if you receive it damaged or with manufacturing defects. Contact us within the first 30 days after receiving it. When you try the swimsuit for the first time, please do so wearing underwear. If the product needs to be adjusted, please send us an email at hello@surania.com.

5.5 Your swimsuit doesn’t fit?

Surania guarantees the perfect fit of all the garments. To open an incident, you have to enter the website of Surania, www.surania.com, go to CONTACT, then TICKET and there follow the steps, explain everything you need and send photos. The incidents can only be done from a computer and within the first 30 days of receipt of the order. Surania does not change models or fabrics chosen by customers, when they design the bikini or swimsuit.

5.6 Defective?

Surania ensures the perfect fit of all items. To open a ticket, you have to enter the web of Surania, www.surania.com, go to CONTACT, then TICKET and then follow the steps, explain everything you need and send photos. Incidents can only be done from a computer and within 30 days of receipt of the order.

5.7 How should I return my swimsuit?

All the items should be returned in their original condition, without being used or washed, with all the labels intact. Please send us an email at hello@surania.com and we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit. Due to the limited nature of some of our patterns and fabrics, changes will be subject to their availability. The postage of change and return, are borne by the customer, and the customer can send the pledge by the agency that always considers postage paid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer's responsibility and the refund or change can not be made if the garment does not reach its destination.
