1.1 DELIVERY TERM
You will receive your order within 15 business days of purchasing it. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order through a tracking number that you will receive via email when your order is shipped.

Surania ships worldwide with the leaders in courier Eurogrús, Fedex and DHL.

1.4 CUSTOMS, TAXES AND FEES
Local taxes, for customs payment, will be reimbursed by Surania in the same method that has been used for payment of the order.
1.5 CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
As long as the production of your order has not finished, we can change your delivery address. To do this, please send us an email to [email protected].
If otherwise your order has already been sent, it will not be possible for us to modify the shipping address.
2.1 WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE OFFER?
- Visa, MasterCard or Maestro: Through a secure encryption system SSL-EV (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation).
- Paypal: An independent payment processing system offered as an alternative to the aforementioned method. Paypal accepts a wide range of payment systems: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club), debit cards and e-checks. Please note that you do not need a paypal account to make the payment.
- Trustly: If you are looking to pay by bank transfer, use Trustly, a new system that allows you to pay in real time from your online banking account without leaving the website. You only have to identify yourself with the usual access data of your online banking to authorize the payment.
2.2 IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY A CASH?
Sorry, we only accept payments by credit card or paypal. The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express or Diners Club.
2.3 ARE THESE PAYMENT METHODS SECURE?
Our website uses a secure connection with SSL-EV encryption (SiteSecureLock – Extended Validation) during transactions, ensuring the privacy and security of your information. You will receive a charge on your card with the concept of Surania.
3.1 HOW IS THE SWIMSUIT CUSTOMIZED?
The measurements you have entered do not necessarily correspond to the final measurements of your order, they serve as an indicative basis as a basis on which our pattern makers work to achieve a perfect fit. Once the garment is designed according to your measurements, the fabric is cut to manufacture each and every order.
3.2 DOES SURANIA OFFER GARMENTS FOLLOWING THE STANDARD SIZING SYSTEM?
Surania has no clothes in stock; all models are produced on demand and especially for each of our clients. Therefore, we can make personalized swimwear with the measurements that you indicate or following the conventional sizing method. Also, if you cannot take measurements at the time of purchase, you can choose the standard size according to your country and we will adapt the garment with the appropriate measurements.
3.3 HOW TO TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS TO GET A PERFECT FIT?
- After designing your garment, follow the steps that you will find in the explanatory video and enter your measurements in the fields designated for it.
- To ensure a perfect fit, we invite you to complement them with the size according to your country in the comments.

4.1 USE OF DISCOUNTS, COUPONS AND GIFT CARDS
Where do I enter my Surania discount code? After designing your garment and completing your measurements, you will arrive at the checkout screen. In it you must enter your discount code, coupon or gift card in the field designated for it. This field is in the center right of the screen. After entering the code, click the validate button..
4.2 GIFT CARD
How can I purchase a gift card? Go to our home page and click on the gift card tab. You will be directed to that page where you must complete the fields with your preferences and when finished, click on the “buy” button that is centered at the bottom of the page. Expiration and refund of the gift card: The Surania gift card does not expire but is not refundable.
4.3 HOW DO I WASH MY SWIMSUIT PROPERLY?
Always wash it with fresh water after use – The sooner the better
Wash your swimsuit by hand – All experts recommend
Soap – It is recommended to wash the swimsuit with mild hand soap or detergent for delicates.
Drying – Resist the urge to squeeze until the last drop of water comes off. Doing so can damage its fibers. Hanging the swimsuit (especially by the straps) can damage it as well. Instead, stretch the suit in a towel, roll up the towel, and press gently. Finally, leave your swimsuit on a flat surface in the open air to dry. Avoid drying in the sun, as it can damage the color. Make sure the swimsuit is completely dry before storing it.
Alternate swimsuits – Swimsuits need a full day to return to their normal position. If you are on vacation or wear the swimsuit very often, it is essential to have more than one, so that each swimsuit has 24 hours to recover (plus time to wash and dry completely).
Always cold water – Hot water is not good for bathing suits. Never wash your bathing suit in hot water, and avoid too many visits to the hot tub.
When sitting down, never forget the towel – Whenever you sit on the ground by the pool, on a wooden bench, or on any other rough surface, try to sit on a towel, those impromptu moments can hurt and tear the material.
5.1 CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Modifications of orders will be accepted within a maximum period of 24 hours after payment thereof, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] to do so. After 24 hours, the production of your order will already be underway, and therefore no changes will be accepted.
5.2 I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?
If you haven’t paid for your order, go to your user account and delete it. If you have paid in the last 24 hours, please send us an email to [email protected] to proceed with the cancellation. If you have already paid for the order and more than 24 hours have passed, the order will already be in production and cancellation will not be possible.
5.3 CAN I COMBINE 2 ORDERS IN 1?
While your order is in production, we can unify two or more orders in the same package. Please note that delivery time will count from the date of the last order. Contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours after order confirmation and we will unify both orders, Surania assuming the cost of shipments if your final order exceeds €90. If your order has otherwise been shipped, we will no longer be able to merge the orders. Send us an email to [email protected].
5.4 5.4 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We know that you will be delighted with the result, but if for any reason the size does not suit you, we will be happy to modify your order to guarantee a perfect fit. As they are products made in accordance with the specifications and customizations made by the consumer, the withdrawal of the contract does not apply (No returns are accepted). Please inspect your package when you receive it. Your swimsuit will be considered defective if it is received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. Contact us within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of it. When trying on the swimsuit for the first time, please do so using underwear. If the product needs to be readjusted please send us an email to [email protected] or open an incident in CONTACT on the website.
5.5 YOUR SWIMSUIT IS NOT FITING YOU?
Surania guarantees the perfect fit of all garments. To open an incident, you have to enter the Surania website, www.surania.com, go to CONTACT, then INCIDENCE and there follow the steps, explain everything necessary and send photos. Incidents can only be made from a computer and within the first 30 days of receipt of the order. Surania does not change the models or fabrics chosen by the clients when the bikini or swimsuit is designed.
5.6 DEFECTIVE?
Surania guarantees the perfect fit of all garments. To open an incident, you have to enter the Surania website, www.surania.com, go to CONTACT, then INCIDENCE and there follow the steps, explain everything necessary and send photos. Incidents can only be made from a computer and within the first 30 days of receipt of the order.
5.7 HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY SWIMSUIT?
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or washed, with all tags intact. Please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you find your perfect fit. Due to the limited nature of some of our prints and fabrics, changes are subject to availability. The exchange and return shipping costs are paid by the customer, the customer being able to send the garment through the agency that he considers always postage paid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer’s responsibility and a refund or exchange cannot be made if the garment does not arrive at its destination.
