How can I design my own bikini or garment?
It's easy and fun. Use our online configurator to customize every detail: choose the shape, print and exact measurements of your garment.

Production and Shipping Times
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
custom product: It is made in a maximum of 7 working days, plus 48 hours of shipping within Spain.
Limited production: We ship within 48 hours to any place in Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain:
- Free of charge to a nearby pick-up point.
- At home for an additional cost of 3 €.
Europe:
- 5 to a nearby collection point.
- 15€ to your home.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a customized product?
Due to their unique nature, we do not accept returns of customized products, except in case of manufacturing defect.
What happens if the product has a defect?
Please email us at hola@surania.com with photos of the problem. We will review your case and provide you with a solution.
What if I want to return a limited production product?
You may return in-stock products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Please email us at hola@surania.com for further details.

We use 100% eco-friendly fabrics and produce on demand to avoid waste. In addition, our garments are manufactured locally, reducing our carbon footprint.
Why are shipments to collection points free of charge?
