A full-length mirror (optional).
Tight-fitting clothing or underwear for more accurate measurements.
Measure yourself in 4 easy steps
Bust
Measure around the body at the most protruding part of the chest, in a resting attitude.
Measure yourself with your bra on.
Outline
Measure just below your bust, making sure the tape is snug but comfortable.
Measure yourself with your bra on.
Waist
Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually a few inches above the navel).
Keep the tape firm, but not compressed.
Hip
Circle the widest part of your hips and buttocks with the tape measure.
Relax and breathe normally: Don't tighten the tape too much so that the measurements reflect your comfort.
